Add this to the top of an article whenever:<br />
* There are too many red links for this article.<br />
* One or more of the links present (regardless of number) are inappropriate for any reason.<br />
* Red links are generally not included in either [[WP:LAY#See also|See also]] sections or in [[WP:NAVBOX#Properties|navigational boxes]], or pointed to with templates such as {{tlx|Main}} or {{tlx|Further2}}, since these navigation aids are intended to help readers find existing articles. The exception is redlinks in navboxes where the articles are part of a series or a whole set, e.g. a navbox listing successive elections, referendums, presidents, sports league seasons, etc.<br />
