"Fans are made of rotating blades. They are often intended, as in the case of the cooling fan, to cool down stuff. This leads people to believe that air actually is cooled by the fan, when in case it's only a question of transfer of thermal energy. A Cooling Fan is a pickup you can find in Cobalt's Classic Survival, Waves Survival, and Story Modes. In Classic Survival, it could be converted to volts, but in Waves Survival and Story Mode, it is converted to volts upon being picked up.
