Defender: Difference between revisions

From Cobalt Wiki
Created the page explaining what the set is.

Added the entire section. Basic info also added.
Line 1: Line 1:
The full Defender set, composing of Defender Head, Defender Torso, Defender Hands, and Defender Feet.
Cobalt
The full Defender set, composes itself of the Defender Head, Defender Torso, Defender Hands, and Defender Feet.

Each of the Defender parts give a large boost to Normal Damage defense.

They however, reduce Plasma Damage defense and Gamma Damage defense, and speed/acceleration.

If you have not bought or found any of the defender parts in any of the 6 main story mode levels, you may find one or more pieces in the 7th level ETAC, in the 'Making A Choice' section.

They can also be dropped by certain Metaldroids within the story as Unique Loot. (Can not drop the head, however.)

In all survival levels, the defender set and each of its parts are the most expensive out of all of the other hulls, with the head costing an impressive 800 volts, without sales.

In terms of absorbing damage, defenders are the strongest in surviving normal bullets. (Slugger, Rail, and Matter.)

WASD
Also appearing in Cobalt WASD, a set of Defender/Heavy armor costs 60 volts for both teams.

Unlike the original however, there is no damage reduction, rather it increases your maximum health by 6 times, making it the tankiest class available. (50->300)

This loadout's max health can only be beaten by a Metalface Scouter that is alive, as long as its ability is active. (Scout's HP + Shieldbelt Activated > Defender Max HP)

This is one of the two armors not to have an ability. (The other being Light/Explorer)
