To make a CTP you need a "metalface" (any actor may work) actor, and two or more Plugs. Right click on your metalface actor and click set spawn action. Check off all the teams that you currently have. (ex. Blue and Red teams) Add items or weapons, anything you add here will spawn the player with those items. Set custom AI:PlayerControlled.
