Template:Expand language/subcat name

Returns the subcategory name (without the prefix) for a given language name and topic code. Example:

• Template:Template link code ⟶ Geography articles needing translation from French Wikipedia
• [[:Category:{{Expand language/subcat name|French|geo}}]] ⟶ Category:Geography articles needing translation from French Wikipedia
