"Compared to the similar in looks (but smaller) Soothing Herb, this herb actually earned its name from it's ability to revive dead garden snails if you wrap them in the herb, something nobody has ever done volountarily. It is however also the main ingredient in a highly regarded Purple Sabrewing soup and fetches a decent prize at the black market." - The description found in eng.translation

A Resuscitating Herb is a pickup you can find in Cobalt's Classic Survival, Waves Survival, and Story Modes. In Classic Survival, it could be converted to volts, but in Waves Survival and Story Mode, it is converted to volts upon being picked up.
