A '''[[Flashbang]]''' is a [[Throwables|Throwable]] the player can use to disorient enemies. Looking away and distancing yourself, along with putting walls, furnature or doors between you and the flashbang before it goes off, is a good way to negate any negative effects it might have on you. The closer a target is- enemy metalface, player or turret alike, the longer the effect will last for when it detonates.  It leaves a white glow around any affected bot, and while blinded, you cannot target and you may not be able to jump straight or cling to walls, depending on the proximity you were to the flashbang when it went off. It slowly wears off over the course of about 5 seconds, maximum.

A Flashbang is a Throwable the player can use to disorient enemies.

It does no damage on contact or detonation, however, it can stun you for several seconds and also destroy a full shield belt charge.
