You can enable it by pressing the jump key. Once enabled, you can hold/press left and right to scroll through the channels. You hear a silent noise when you don't hit a channel. Once you hit one, you hear music and small green notes start to fly out of the radio. You get a "higher quality" by getting more far away from the channels where the song starts and ends. You can press the crouch key to exit the radio and walk around while the music still plays. To disable the radio, press the jump key again.
