The Rail Scout is a single-fire rail weapon. It is similar to the Rail Gun, but less expensive and powerful. Unlike the Rail Gun, enemies can deflect some (but not all) of the damage by rolling.

You can find the Rail Scout in the top right part of the Hampster Cave in Chapter Three. (bottom right of 'The Fall' has a cave entrance.) (Hint: Blow the Dynamite!)
