The Beam Gun is a handgun that shoots a laser beam. Standard magazine (Beam Cell) size is 40.
The beam gun is a moderately strong weapon. It fires a hot red laser beam which melts enemies. The beam is stronger right after activated and overtime loses power and deals less damage until reshot again. It has the unique ability of being able to penetrate Shield Belts
It can be found in Safest Gate and cost 300, each upgrade cost 75 (525 to max all upgrades).
Upgrades
- Charge Cell (Levels: 4)
- Makes the beam more powerful after the first 3 seconds of charging it.
- Magazine (Levels: 1)
- Adds 20 ammo capacity.
- Power Crystal (Levels: 2)
- Makes the initial second of the beam after being activated more powerful. The beam will power down after this and will not benefit from Power Crystal until the beam is re-fired.
Bugs
- You can buy an infinity of Charge Cell and Power crystal, the image will be buged and you will just lose volts
