This is a secret gun as it doesn't have a pickup or sprite. It appears as a small rectangle when held and has the same icon as a blaster gun and appears to be called as 'not a localized string' when held. The only way to obtain this is by putting it in a shop (default price is 2000 Volts) or by making the player spawn with it using spawn options. The green laser rectangles it fires will get stuck on objects in the collide layer and pass through players and enemies.
