The Matter Gun (Known in-game as the Matter Army Issue) is a handgun that shoots a matter charge. Standard magazine (Matter) size is 20.
Description: Great damage, really packs a punch.

- Adds 10 ammo capacity.
- Pointer (Laser sight)
- Better range/accuracy

- Gives bullet time bonus
- Suppressor
- Greatly reduces sound; changes projectile color to white.
