Revision as of 14:01, 25 December 2012
I think this article should give a good and clear overview of the scoring system. For example, I noticed you don't get points if you kill someone by activating the torch op the bottom of Space Zone, so environmental elements, even when activated by a player, don't count. You can also get points deducted from your score by friendly fire. How the points deduction works exactly I have not found out yet, because sometimes a point is deducted and sometimes not. It seems very random... and maybe it just simply is. RaizinMonk 01:10, 21 December 2011 (UTC)
New In-Dev Map
I was browsing the game files, and found a deathmatch map that is probably in-dev under c://Games/Cobalt/maps_dev titled "Stormy Night". I copied it into the /maps directory and played it. If anyone wants a screenshot, I'll post one. Thought that I would just put this out there for the community. --EthanCGamer 02:05, 4 January 2012 (UTC)
Stuff
Those two sentences are (in my opinion) not necessary, i removed them from the Page:
-Deathmatch is one of the oldest game types in Cobalt (i put similar information into the first sentence on the Page)
-Deathmatch is a game mode available on all maps in Cobalt
In addition, if i understand the second sentence correctly, it is also false information because the deathmatch-gamemode is limited to several maps, and not aviable to every single map in Cobalt. -- Aconitin
