The Trunkan is a Non Player Character resembling a tree.
It cannot directly harm the player, instead (if, in editor, you give it a Bird nest and a Bird egg) it will spawn a Bird. If the bird is killed, an egg will spawn on the head of the Trunkan and, after some seconds, another bird will spawn. He is very tough and will run away, its health is determined by the number of leaves on its head.
Another type of Trunkan (right image) can be placed in custom maps, but require a manipulation. It is less tough than the real Trunkan and doesn't apparently move, but it can use any gun and seem to have missing animations (almost don't move).
It can be found in custom maps and probably in Trunktopia (due to name).
Occurrence
As of v104 Alpha, this NPC is only found around the outer edges of the bounty map Rumble in Trunkopolis. However, it can also be found in several custom maps.
