The debug menu can be found by pressing the "\" key on your keyboard. From there it gives you a selection of different options to "debug" the game with. Also pressing the function keys alternates between even more debug screens. From the main debug menu you can change options such as enabling gravity, increasing speed, constant slo-mo and much more.
