The Matter Blaster (Known in-game as the Matter Police Issue) is a handgun that shoots a matter charge. Standard magazine (Matter) size is 12.
Very similar to the matter prototype but with much better range and accuracy and more expensive. Not much more to say about this gun exept what I already said for the matter prototype.
