The Scouter Hull Set is a Hull Set that places emphasis on speed.
In "Cobalt"
In "Cobalt", Scouters are faster and more agile than Explorer Metalfaces.
In "Cobalt WASD"
In "Cobalt WASD", Scouters have shield abilities. Metalface Scouters can generate a shield akin to a Basic Shieldbelt and share it with allies. Protobot Scouters generate a shield that deflects bullets, but cannot be shared with teammates.
