Revision as of 22:48, 14 January 2020 by fandomwiki>TintedMirrors (Added team strike - have not done story mode yet.)

Volts is the currency used in Cobalt Survival and Team-Strike.

Volts are also in the Bounty game mode, however that is no longer in the game as of the latest release.

Volts

They are used to

  1. Buy equipment and ammo from Vending Machines.
  2. Upgrade your weapons at the Upgrade Bench.
  3. Heal yourself at a Nano Shower.
  4. Win the game in Bounty game mode.

Obtainment

In Survival, each Player may recieve a certain amount of Volts at the beginning of the round and when respawning. Volts also can be obtained by selling weapons to shops.

In Team Strike, players can earn volts based on winning a round (+200 volts), losing a round (+125 volts) and drawing with the other team (+75 volts).

In the Bounty gamemode, in maps such as Safest Gate, Volts can be collected instantly (without having to venture back to the Volt Converter) by finding volt-pickups.

Values

Different types of Loot have different values, which means that you will get more or less Volts for them when cashing in.
Here is a list of every pickup that you can find in Cobalt survival and their values:
