Matter is one of the projectile types that exist in Cobalt. It takes the appearance of red non-continuous laser-looking shots, or blu/purple if using a Silencer.
It is easy to deflect and deals almost no damage when deflected successfully, but can result in a lethal hit if it is not deflected.
