The Reaction Enhancer(RE) is a useful equipment item that allows you to go into slow-motion mode when a projectile or throwable is passing near you or going to hit you. Said projectiles, throwables, or any other kind of dangerous item or action that is near you will then be surrounded by a yellow square, so you can clearly see it. This item is usually always included in the basic loadout when spawning.
